Our property owners’ can rest assured that we provide a range of full service assistance to renting your property. We personally visit your property to assist in price evaluation and recommendations to assist in marketing the rental property. We provide each of our property owners’ with a credit check and an eviction check on each applicant. We require all applicants to provide references and each reference is contacted by our firm. We prepare all rental agreements or lease agreements and collect all initial deposits. This GUARANTEES that your funds will be available to you at the time of lease inception and occupancy.
Best of all we offer our services at a considerably reduced fee as compared to the traditional real estate sales firms that charge up to one month or nearly 10 percent of your annual gross rent. Call us for our fee schedule. We will not charge at all for our service if you rent your property yourself. That is right – NO CHARGE if we do not find a tenant for you.
